Collective motion driven by nutrient consumption

A classical problem describing the collective motion of cells, is movement driven by consumption/depletion a nutrient. Here we analyze one simplest such model written as coupled Partial Differential Equation/Ordinary Equation system which scale so to get limit usually observed pattern. In this cell density concentrated moving Dirac mass and nutrient undergoes discontinuity. We first carry out analysis without diffusion, getting complete description unique limit. When diffusion included, prove several specific priori estimates interpret heterogeneous monostable equation. This allow us obtain limiting shows concentration effect dynamics.
